One of the "summer" settlements of Thassos, Aliki is located in the south-eastern part of the island and is best known for its archaeological interest, but also for its beautiful beach. It is about 30 kilometers from Limenasand consists of two neighboring bays. 

Often the area is also referred to in the plural, Alykes, as this is how the existence of two beaches, with pebbles and sand, is interpreted. 

The crystal clear waters enchant the visitors who always prefer them after visiting the archaeological site. After all, the history of Aliki begins at least from the 7th century BC and has as its center the rocky peninsula next to the beaches.
