History:
Built by the German company Speidel as the headquarters and residence of the mining company owner
It operated for περίπου 60 years, until mining activities ceased in 1963
During its operation, it hosted prominent figures from the Greek and European business world
In 1982, it was designated as a protected monument by the Greek State

Two-story rectangular building with towers at the corners and attics on the eastern side, western side, and center
Features elevated foundations for protection against humidity
A characteristic example of eclectic architecture with Central European influences

Today:
The building is not open to visitors inside
The surrounding area is freely accessible and offers stunning views from the grove over Limenaria and the sea
